The Balcony Apartment is definitely the best holiday accommodation you can find by far. Combine the generous space ( + 120 m2 ) with views to die for and your dream holiday is about to start. You can enjoy Table Mountain, Robben Eiland and the sea from every window. You can even watch the whales from your living room in the winter time.

The apartment is open plan but so cosy that you feel at home from the moment you enter the apartment.

The main bedroom has an en-suit bathroom and a walk-in cupboard. There is a King size double bed. The other bed room has got two single beds and his own bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to spoil your family and friends with the best meals.

In the living room you can choose your place between the L shaped lounge or the comfortable swing chair. From the sun bed or the hammock you have a beautiful sea view towards Robben Eiland. The big north facing window front functions like a winter garden, specially on the cooler days or in winter time. You can choose one of the two sunny balconies for sun bedding.

The little office corner has got a ADSL connection that you can stay in touch with the rest of the world.

For the ones who come to visit us in the cooler month between June and September to watch the whales or to see the spring flowers in August, we do have underfloor heating in the living room.

Next to the own private entrance to the apartment you can find the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Of course you can use one of our Weber Braais for some barbeque action on the balcony.
